How do I book a private boat tour?

You can book directly through our website by selecting your preferred package (3 Hours or 6 Hours), date, and time. You can also contact us via WhatsApp or LINE for a personalized booking experience. We typically respond within a few hours.

Can I modify or cancel my booking?

Yes, you can modify or cancel your booking up to 48 hours before your scheduled tour for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Changes to date or time (subject to availability) can be made up to 24 hours before the tour.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, we require a 50% deposit to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the tour. For peak season bookings (December-April), we may require full payment in advance.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) through our secure payment system, PayPal, and bank transfers. Cash payment in Thai Baht is also accepted for the remaining balance on the tour day.

What is the difference between the 3 Hour and 6 Hour programs?

The 3 Hour program visits 4 destinations (Pileh Lagoon, Loh Samah Bay, Maya Bay, and Monkey Beach). The 6 Hour program is our full-day experience, visiting 5-6 destinations including Bamboo Island and Loh Moo Dee, with more time for swimming, snorkeling, and relaxation at each stop.

Is the tour private or do we share the boat?

All our tours are 100% private. You get your own boat and captain - no sharing with other groups. This means you can customize your itinerary, spend more time at your favorite spots, and enjoy a personal experience.

How many people can join each boat?

Our longtail boats comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. This ensures everyone has plenty of space and the best experience. For larger groups (5+ people), we can arrange multiple boats traveling together.

Can we customize the tour itinerary?

Absolutely! That's the beauty of a private tour. Want to skip a destination? Spend extra time snorkeling at Pileh Lagoon? Visit a spot not on the standard route? Just let your captain know and we'll adjust the itinerary to your preferences.

What is included in the tour price?

All tours include: private boat and experienced captain, snorkeling equipment (mask, snorkel, fins), life jackets, drinking water and soft drinks, fresh fruit and snacks, towels, and insurance. The 6 Hour program includes a light lunch as well.

Where do we meet for the tour?

We meet at either Tonsai Pier or Long Beach on Phi Phi Island - whichever is more convenient for your accommodation. Please confirm your meeting point when booking.

Can you pick us up from Phuket or Krabi?

No, our tours depart from Phi Phi Island only. You must already be staying on Phi Phi Island to join our tours. If you're coming from Phuket or Krabi, you'll need to arrange ferry transport to the island first.

What time do tours start?

Tour times are flexible! We can arrange early morning departures (around 7-8 AM) for cooler weather and fewer crowds, or mid-morning starts (9-10 AM) if you prefer. Afternoon tours are also available, perfect for catching the sunset.

How do I get to Phi Phi Island?

Phi Phi Island is accessible by ferry from Phuket (1.5-2 hours) or Krabi (1.5 hours). Ferries run multiple times daily. We recommend arriving a day before your tour to settle in and avoid any travel delays affecting your booking.

What should I bring on the tour?

We recommend bringing: sunscreen (reef-safe please!), sunglasses, a hat, swimwear (worn under clothes), a change of clothes, waterproof phone case, camera with strap, and any personal medications. We provide snorkeling gear, towels, and drinks.

Is sunscreen really a big deal?

Yes! We strongly encourage reef-safe, biodegradable sunscreen. Many popular sunscreens contain chemicals harmful to coral reefs. Help us protect the beautiful marine environment you're visiting!

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Yes, you're welcome to bring your own food and drinks. However, please note that alcohol is not permitted on the tour for safety reasons. We provide drinking water, soft drinks, and snacks.

Yes, bring some Thai Baht for the national park entrance fee at Maya Bay (approximately ฿400 per person), any personal purchases, and tips for the captain (appreciated but not required).

Is it safe to go on a longtail boat?

Yes! Longtail boats have been used for generations in Thailand and are perfectly suited to the calm waters around Phi Phi. Our boats are well-maintained, our captains are experienced locals who know these waters intimately, and we provide life jackets for all passengers.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Safety is our priority. If conditions are unsafe (strong winds, rough seas), we will contact you to reschedule or offer a full refund. Light rain typically doesn't affect our tours - sometimes it makes for a more atmospheric experience!

Can non-swimmers join the tour?

Yes! You can enjoy the scenery, take photos, and relax on the boat. Life jackets are provided if you'd like to float in the water. Many of our most beautiful stops like Pileh Lagoon are perfect for floating rather than active swimming.

Are children allowed on the tours?

Children of all ages are welcome. We have child-sized life jackets available. The calm waters and gentle pace of a private longtail tour make it ideal for families. Just let us know the ages of children when booking.

Is Maya Bay really worth visiting?

Yes! After years of restoration, Maya Bay has recovered beautifully. The crystal-clear water, white sand beach, and dramatic cliffs are as stunning as ever. Entry is limited to protect the environment, making it feel less crowded than before.

Can we see wildlife on the tour?

Yes! At Monkey Beach, you'll likely see long-tailed macaques. While snorkeling, you may spot colorful tropical fish, sea urchins, and occasionally sea turtles. The marine life is particularly vibrant at Loh Samah Bay and around Bamboo Island.

What is Pileh Lagoon like?

Pileh Lagoon is one of Phi Phi's most magical spots - a crystal-clear emerald lagoon surrounded by towering limestone cliffs. The water is calm and perfect for swimming or floating. It's incredibly photogenic, especially in the morning light.

Is Bamboo Island worth the extra time?

Definitely! Bamboo Island is a pristine, uninhabited island with a stunning 360-degree beach. The shallow, clear water is perfect for swimming, and the island offers a true "desert island" experience. It's only included in the 6 Hour program.
